Despite an increase in revenue, listed company Stanley Motta ended the January to September period with a decline in profit. Revenue for the nine months was up 10 percent at $343. 9 million. However, Stanley Motta recorded $148 million profit compared to $165 million last year. The company says it expects little fluctuations in its results through to the end of the financial year, based around earning rent in US dollars and with close to 100% occupancy.
